ABOUT US

We work in a variety of situations where capital is required, typically alongside management teams, providing hands-on financial and operational support.

 Investment About us

We specialise in dealing with businesses which are underperforming, non-core subsidiaries, retirement sales or which are distressed. We operate throughout the UK, Western Europe, Canada and Australia with a typical deal size (funds out) from £1m – £50m+ and are situation, rather than sector, specific.

Our team members come from a variety of backgrounds and provide expert financial and operational support, working alongside management teams to quickly improve performance.

We have proven capabilities in turnaround and restructuring to restore and develop enterprise value and have worked with many large national and multinational companies, their advisers and all major lenders.

Our flexible approach allows us to tailor a solution to each situation. As we are not a fund, we have no minimum or maximum holding period or approach constraints.

Undertaking our own due diligence and with minimal reliance on external parties in order to transact, we are used to transacting in accelerated time frames.

We are highly experienced in undertaking difficult corporate carve outs, quickly and seamlessly extracting non-core businesses with minimal disruption to parent companies.

We look for goal congruence with management teams and ensure that they share in our success.
