Hilco Capital's Charity of the Year for 2023 is the fantastic Spread a Smile.
Spread a Smile brings joy and laughter to seriously ill children in hospitals across the UK through visits from entertainers, offering a much-needed distraction to young patients and their families, helping them cope with illness and treatment.
