Jimmy is a Chartered Engineer and a Fellow of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers with over 12 years’ experience of industrial engineering and operations in a variety of fields. He began his career as a Commissioned Officer in the British Army, ending his time as a qualified helicopter engineer on various platforms.
Upon leaving the Army, Jimmy undertook numerous roles in operations and engineering with General Electric, specialising in driving complex, cross functional projects through to completion.
In his capacity as Investment Manager for Industrial Projects, he provides specialist support to the investment team on pre-acquisition assessments. Post acquisition he works closely with the portfolio directors to drive improvements in operational and business performance.
